Ike - January and February

In January Ike finished up his 3rd grade basketball season.

We had a very mild January and were able to spend a lot of time outside.

John and Ike playing tennis with Denny.

Ike thought this was fun for a few minutes before it started going really high and he remembered he is not a big fan of swings.

Ike bought a toilet paper shooter with his allowance money.  They boys were pretty entertained.

Ikes first trip to a Chiropractor.

We had an overnight visit from Derek, Meg and Rafa. Rafa LOVES his big cousin Ike.

February was a bit colder and snowed often so we didn't get outside as much.
Valentine's Day morning: This kid loves Pokemon cards right now.  It has been a popular item this school year.

Buds!  Oli is Ike's personal guard dog.  She has been sleeping in his room every night for months now and it has helped him sleep better at night.

February also had Ike very grounded for a few weeks.  He learned to make the best of it.

He even went running with Denny a few times.  He is a natural runner and it really helped improve his mood.

Our school is a movement school.  Every morning to start the school day we do different movement.  One day is walking/running the track.  Usually we (Kinder) walk the same day as third grade.  Ike usually has a big kinder following.  They love him! Here he has Easton, Isaac, Chase and Miles following him.

Fidays we do all school movement that is led by one classroom.  Ike's third grade class was the lead a couple weeks ago.
