10 months old....tomorrow

I can't believe that in just two short months we will be celebrating Olivia turning one.  I feel like I was pregnant just yesterday.

Olivia loves~  eating (everything!), playing with Ike, standing without holding on to anything, climbing the stairs, bath time and swimming

Olivia does NOT love~  sleeping (she sleeps less than Ike), when mommy leaves

At Livy's 9 month check-up she weighed 20 pounds and is 28 1/2 inches long.

This is the face she makes when she is yelling at Ike

Splash Pad

We are lucky to have a splash pad just a short walk from our house, and in this heat the only way to handle being outside is to be playing in the water.  Livy loves it; Ike always says he want to go but refuses get wet.  Ike has a thing with getting his head wet.  He hates it.  The splash pad can be a bit unpredictable and water might surprise Ike and get his head wet so he would just prefer to run laps around it.  Olivia will just crawl over to some water and stick her face right in it (which makes me a bit nervous).  The other day we walked up there and it was. so. hot.  I just drove the stroller right onto the pad and let the kids get wet.

Ike freaked and got the heck out.
