Week of March 22nd

When we all go back to school and work one of these days (which many not be until Aug.) Olive is going to be SO lonely!

Denny needed to pick up a monitor from work so we all took a ride to downtown Denver.  It was so nice to get out for an hour.

While Denny ran into his office we just walked out to the empty street.

Our more than once a day activity.

UNO every night and we love it!

Denny teaching Via how to do a spreadsheet.

Facebook Kids Messenger has been amazing.  The kids talk to their friends and cousins everyday.

School!  I have been doing my own school plan for the last two weeks.  Monday we start the district plan.  Should be interesting!

Sweet Girl!

Ike burning off some of his endless energy.

Ike has been asking for a desk for awhile and it finally happened. He loves it and has been spending hours in his room listening to his Echo and drawing.

Ike hates picking his hair so his sweet sis is doing it for him.  And who knows when he will be able to get a haircut again.

Via doing my makeup.  She loves doing this and now that I have all the time in the world, why not!

Crafting

Via having a social distancing playdate with friend Amelia.  Both girls rollerskating on their own sides of the street.  They would stop and sit at the end of driveways to chat for a bit.

The kids got a kit from Nanna to make bouncy balls.  It was easy and not to messing.

Beautiful day for a bike ride

Week of March 16th....

This is how Ike does tutoring for now.  Thank goodness for technology and Skype.

A lot of long walks and brain breaks.  We went to climb on these rocks many, many times.

We did some sidewalk chalk and painted rocks.

A day later it is dumping snow outside so what to do.....I told Olivia she needed to organize her closet which turned into rearranging both kids rooms.  They were SO excited to go to bed that night!

Ike doesn't have as much stuff so his room was a breeze.

The next day before going out to play in the snow Via painted nails.

I got what I paid for. :-)

Ike did some white board drawing.

Via got creative and made me a hamburger and French fries.

Outside Ike went.  In shorts!  It was very cold so he didn't last long.

Ummmm.  Why??

Then we put on snow gear so I could shovel the drive and the kids could play.
Via built a snow horse.

Ike was making snowballs and hitting them with a tennis racket and Olive was a bit confused.

Back indoors.  Ike LOVES tape and we will soon be out of every bit we have.  He makes swords and headband and you name it.

Via is missing her friend Adley.

That evening Via also convinced Denny to sit down for some nail painting since he has now were to go because....

Starting Friday afternoon Denny is officially working from home.
