Happy Halloween!

Ike and Via had a wonderful Halloween.  It started on Tuesday when they dressed up of Kindermusik. Olivia the Princess and Ike the Firefighter....

Then we broke it into Halloween a.m........

The funniest moment of trick or treating was when Darth Vader answered the door.  Ike and Olivia froze in place for about 2 seconds and then turned and ran as fast as they could back to us at the end of the driveway.

Oh we just love, love Grammie and Grandpa and we are so sad that are leaving us today!  We will miss all your help and company! LOVE YOU BOTH!

Forest Pine Lane Friends

We have the best neighbors and friends we could have asked for!  They help make my job as a stay at home mom the best job ever.  Our kids are all close in age and when the weather is good to us we spend all the time we can outside chatting and chasing after our kids while they run and swing and fish and play, play, play.

10 Years and a trip to Fredericksburg, TX

We have been married 10 years!  That seems like such a long time crammed into a short amount of time.  Grammie and Grandpa came to visit and Denny and I took the opportunity to take a little trip to celebrate.

We headed out of the city into the much smaller, German inspired, town of Fredericksburg.  We stayed at a cozy B and B.

Hiked

Wondered around a WWII museum

and ate yummy meals at places like the Hilltop Cafe

Thank you Grammie and Grandpa for taking wonderful care of our two precious babies so that we could enjoy a quiet weekend away.

Blessington Farms with Grammie

This morning Grammie and I took the kids to Blessington Farms.  What a beautiful day to be outside!

We played on tractors in the sand.

Went down slides

Rode the animal train (our friends Katie and Riley are behind Ike and Via)

 and raced on the pedal cars.
